Contact Accelerate.

Start with the route that matches what you need: public product support, implementation guidance, a working sandbox, or the team behind the platform.

Start with the right route.

Accelerate is a WordPress plugin, so the best first step is usually a route that keeps the relevant context visible. Use the support forum for a reproducible product question, the docs for a guided answer, and the sandbox when you want to see the workflow before installing anything. Human Made can help with the wider delivery or partnership conversation.

Make a support request easier to resolve.

When you report a problem, include the Accelerate version, WordPress and PHP versions, the browser or device involved, and the shortest sequence that reproduces the behaviour. If the issue involves analytics or an experiment, say what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots, relevant error text, and a staging URL can make the first reply much more useful; remove credentials and private data before sharing anything publicly.

For setup questions, mention whether you are working in a block theme, a classic theme, or a managed WordPress host. For privacy questions, describe the visitor data and consent setup you are evaluating. This context helps the community distinguish a configuration issue from a product defect, and gives the maintainers enough detail to suggest a safe next step without asking you to repeat the investigation.
